Shiny, sparkling grown-up-girl’s treasure.

Lightness and silver-chained Tiffany pleasure.

 

 

As children we covet our friend’s possessions.

But we do not begrudge them.

Children cry readily-

“I want one of those!”

But they never mean-

“And I don’t want you to have it.”

 

These things change as we get older.

 

Envy adheres to Jealousy.

Jealousy adheres to Spite.

Spite adheres to Revenge.

 

Revenge never adheres to happiness.
