The book launch was a great moment. It adds a whole different perspective to the written word when you hear it spoken aloud by the author. And it was quite a thrill to find out that another writer from the anthology: Carole Proustie, is actually a fellow student in one of my Uni classes. I didn't know her last name, so got a lovely surprise when I saw her at the launch. It was one of those amazing "Small-World" moments... The book launch was a great moment.
